Appraizal Associates QC was founded to provide quality appraisal service for the Quad City metro area and surrounding counties.

Susan Radford, SRA is the owner and chief appraiser of Appraizal Associates QC. She is a full-time appraiser entering her seventeenth year. She is certified in the state of Illinois and Iowa. She is also an approved FHA appraiser in both Illinois and Iowa. She has completed the requirements for the distinguished SRA residential membership designation of the Appraisal Institute. She is a member in many associations, including: SRA member of the Appraisal Institute, FHA approved in Illinois and Iowa, an E-R-C member, MLS member of the Quad City Area Realtor Association and a member of the IL Quad City Chamber of Commerce.

She is responsible for preparation of all appraisals, ERC relocation appraisals, reviews and market consultations. She is experienced in a variety of appraisals including residential, condominium, relocation, income producing, REO, new construction, FHA, vacant land and small acreage properties. She has fulfilled continuing education requirements and developed knowledge of the secondary market and FHA guidelines. She also has the capability of sending appraisals over the internet with Adobe PDF format or EDI, capable with Lighthouse software.

Susan Radford and her support staff are dedicated to provide quality reports in a timely manner. Good communication is maintained with clients to ensure prompt service. Self-contained, summary, or restricted reports are various ways of reporting the results to the client. Quality digital photographs of subject and comparable properties are included along with a quick turnaround time. We stand by our appraisals and are happy to serve the Quad City Metro area and surrounding rural communities.
